Content of this workshop: ­
This session will give students the opportunity to consider how they can create and deliver performing arts workshops in a variety of community contexts. They will be presented with some practical skills and techniques that help them gain understanding in performance art, teaching and educating; issues related to personal and social development, and the benefits of participation. The session will help equip students with the creative and organizational skills required to run performing arts workshops for a variety of different age groups in the wider community.
