You can connect to the energy of a clown, your big inner child who likes to play. What materials/equipment you need to bring to be able to do this workshop: Easy clothes, funny hats. The content of this workshop is: We will work a lot with making space into the body, with opening the senses. We will create much funny situations and we will laugh a lot.
