You will have learned after doing this workshop:
1. On the personal level: have a better understanding in how people experience identity and how it affects their lifes
2. on the professional level: come up with experiences, ideas and possibilities for cultural actors/artists to add an extra value to other domains in society (f.e. development, change the concept of boring conferences, image-building of Europe....)and how to organize this in concrete actions (f.e.: publish a book with stories of artists of situations where they made the difference...)

Other important things a participant should know to be able to do this workshop:
Special remarks: experienced artists and cultural actors/organizers are most welcome. The workshop is not about religious missionary, but about societal responsibilities.

Content of this workshop is:
We will explore our identity as a person, a cultural actor, a European, a world-citizen.... We will explore the link between our own experience of identity and the way that has an impact on how we relate to others. This has links to our daily reality and to the overall international discussions on intercultural dialogue. In this workshop I would like to explore experiences, possibilities, ideas, methods and the willingness of cultural actors/artists to contribute to a better, creative, positive world.
