You will have learned after doing this workshop:
New possibilities for sound coloring, texturing, and musical enhancement through the use of chord substitution or new inversions of chords you already know. This course will open your eyes to many new and exciting possibilities musically.

What materials/equipment you need to bring to be able to do this workshop:
Guitar, paper (regular/staff) pencil.

Other important things a participant should know to be able to do this workshop:
Basic to intermediate understanding of chords as they apply to accompaniment in a worship team context and some basic knowledge of music theory. Intermediate to advanced
level of musicianship to get the most out of the class.

The content of this workshop is:
Learning to play together with other instruments to create new and exciting musical colors and textures. Learning fun and easy to play new ideas on how to play together with one or more
other guitar players so you all don't just play the same thing. Learning the importance of creating a musical tapestry underneath the melody through new chord voicings.
