The students will be encouraged to discover the paths of poetry, the possibilities of expression in this written and declamatory form of art. They will be encouraged to discover their own poetic language and risk such expression, within the “safe” environment of dialogue that will be developed in this workshop.

What materials/equipment you need to bring to be able to do this workshop:
Students should bring examples of their poetry if it already exists.

The content of this workshop is:
The module will cover the following areas: The ways and mystery of poetry, how it can become...alive. Inspiration vs. hard work. A general view of the different languages and power of poetry throughout time. 'Bad' poetry vs. 'good' poetry, and what makes a poet...a 'good' poet.
