What materials/equipment you need to bring to be able to do this workshop:
Comfortable clothes to move in and work on the floor. Must come with a memorized speech. This can be a section of the Bible, a section of a play, or a famous speech. These should be the length of the 23rd Psalm.

The content of this workshop is:
This will be a workshop to challenge our borders. We will do some improv and play creative games. We will work with vocal ideas that will connect to physical movement. We will also play with memorized speech and find a playful way to break up and expand our original ideas. We will dare to try the absurd in order to discover the new.
