Each year the seminar has a theme. Together we will think about this challenge, as it will help each Christian artist to find his/her way in society. For this year we received clear direction to speak about: from a normal work situation via flexicurity into (semi) self-employment. Does it bring improvement or will this increase unhealthy and unsocial situations and makes life long learning impossible for this new workforce?
