Klaus-André Eickhoff

Klaus-André Eickhoff was born in 1972 in Celle (North-Germany) but moved to Austria at the age of 8. From 1992 to 1998 he studied communications at the University of Salzburg and Salamanca (Spain). He was employed at the media-department of the upperaustrian tourist board, until in 2000 he turned his work as singer-songwriter (piano) into his profession. Since 1996 Klaus-André has recorded six CDs and has been touring all over Germany and Austria. Besides hundreds of solo-concerts in churches, bars and arts centres, he also has performed at several renowned secular festivals and won awards for his music. Also Klaus-André is working and touring together with cellist Torsten Harder, who he met at CA-seminary.

Besides his solo-work as singer-songwriter Klaus-André Eickhoff has been writing (german) song-lyrics for several artists and projects. He is married to Angela, a professional stage-actress. They live in Aachen/Germany.
